Real Chamonix Bride Mary in a Marisa Bridals Wedding Gown
This real bride looked so amazingly beautiful in her gown, she knocked herself out! Literally. While we can fondly joke about it now, this bride will never be forgotten. While she might think it’s because she fainted during an alterations appointment, we know here that it’s because a dress has never looked so graceful on a bride. Real bride Mary found this dazzling gown at a rare Marisa Bridals trunk show. The chic silk organza ballgown with its sparkling details matched the bride to the tee. From the bride, Mary:
I originally saw my dress in Chamonix Bride displayed in the front window while I was approaching the store. My friend commented on how beautiful the dress was, and I promptly told her that it was SO not my style and WAY too much of a princess dress. After trying on a few dresses, my friend reminded me of the dress in the window. She insisted I try it on for fun, no pressure. I remember thinking that I knew I was not going to like it, but figured I would try it on to make her happy. Once I had the dress on, the consultant immediately said to me, this is the dress. When my mom, friend and sister’s faces dropped, I knew it was the one. Much to my surprise, I ended up with a princess dress. Despite my original intentions, the dress ended up fitting in with my wedding style and setting beautifully. I am so thankful for my experience at Chamonix and for the assistance of their incredible staff and seamstress Kathy! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my day special!
As if an intricate crystal encrusted cap-sleeved bodice, and classic silk organza skirt weren’t enough to make you swoon- it was also backless!
That bouquet though!
We want to wish Mary and her husband a happy first anniversary! We hope that you will remember these moments joyfully for the rest of your lives!
