Snowy Winter Wedding Styled Shoot
Back just before Christmas (you know that time of year when you’re hoping for snow) Monica Relyea Events and Alicia King Photography asked us be a part of another fantastic styled shoot that was sooo Hudson Valley, we just couldn’t say no. Just around the corner from our shop, at a local stop for the traditional holiday tree cutting, Battenfelds Tree Farm, the shoot was filled with flannels, plaids, and a tree lined al fresco dining area that was simply magical!
We chose a classic Wtoo Mimi satin ballgown (with pockets!) And boy did those pockets come in handy, because it was cold! Really cold. The simplicity of the Mimi let the amazing details of the shoot like the flowers from Lavender and Leaf, the creative calligraphy from Coppola Creative, and the little rustic details styled so perfectly from North Country Vintage.
On A Stick Bakery provided the cable knit cake and cookies for one of the sweetest dessert bars we’ve seen.
Love that ring from Zimmer Brothers! And the twinkle lights in the trees sparkling off the snow…well in December it was just gorgeous!
Thank you to Monica Relyea Events for coordinating this dreamy shoot and to Alicia King Photography for capturing it all which was featured on Ruffled Blog! This dreamy shoot and today’s snowstorm Stella, does bring us back to when winter weddings had us all inspired. We hope you’ll take today to snuggle and find inspiration in all that surrounds you!
